Returns & Exchange Policy
I am committed to taking care of my customers, and making sure you love your purchases.

However, there are no returns or exchanges on custom items. All items are made upon order. If you did not submit the correct image(s) or text and font choice when submitting your design, it will be too late once the order has been placed and processed. Please make sure you look over your files before submitting.

Kris Elan is not responsible for lost or damaged items, but, If one of your purchase(s) is faulty or damaged during delivery. I am happy to provide you with a free gift on your next purchase (as long as items lasts). Sale items are as marked, Gift Cards, and custom items are non-refundable.
